"Double Chocolate" Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of Ideal Protein Crispy Cereal (crushed)
  • 1 Packet of Ideal Protein Chocolate Drink Mix (Do not use Chocolate Pudding or the Chocolate Pre--Made. This recipe is for the Chocolate Drink Mix. You can make this recipe with the Vanilla Drink Mix, and the Cappuccino Drink Mix also. Remember, not pre-mades and not puddings for this recipe.)
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Chopped Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8oz Chicken Breast, grilled or baked, cut into 1" cubes Romaine Lettuce, chopped (amount depends on how large you want the salad)
  • 1/2 Cup Red Cabbage, Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber, Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, Sliced

Warm Vanilla Chai Pudding

Ingredients & Directions

  • Cup of hot tea (In addition to trying out the Chai teas, play around with different teas like Market Spice, Orange, Earl Grey, etc)
  • Add a packet of vanilla pudding
  • Dash of Splenda and cinnamon

Tuscan Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped kale or cabbage
  • 1 cup diced celery (about 2 stalks)
  • 1 cup diced zucchini (about 1 medium)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh sage (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)

Basic (or Cilantro) Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro or Basil
  • 1-2 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Lime (with cilantro) or Lemon (with basil), juiced
  • 1-2 tsp Olive Oil
